As an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) trained coach, I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC),  and provide virtual and face-to-face professional, development  and emotive coaching across the UK. I base my coaching practice on self-exploration and deep learning, supporting clients to develop an awareness of key issues and solutions for personal and professional impact.

Trained as a qualified teacher, facilitator and coach, I am an experienced leader of people. I support groups of people using participatory methods to diagnose, explore and action plan organisational and community issues. I use collaborative and reflective strategies to support them in creating relevant responses to professional change.

I am experienced in undertaking both academic and professional research and evaluation, and can offer a tailored approach to your research or evaluation needs. I can offer context-based qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research and evaluation, using theory- and practice-based approaches. My methods adopt a sustainable approach where organisations take the lead in owning the work and I build frameworks to support organisations in taking the work forward into the future.

Leading organisational change and effectively managing projects are vital functions of all 21st Century organisations. I deliver cultural and systemic change, and successful projects and events by tailoring my approach to the teams, contexts and specific needs, and enabling teams to identify real change and powerful events.
