Profile
With significant experience leading in the education, cultural and arts sectors, TCLA has led a series of high-impact organisational development projects and learning cross-sector. The agency's passion for leading these programmes has led to developin a significant body of experience in collaboration, change and people.

With a range of impactful qualifications, including post graduate Masters' in Leading Innovation and Change, the agency has worked to lead change locally, nationally and internationally. At the heart of this, TCLA has developed an ability to lead people through change, and enable them to deliver it. Learning is key to the agency's professional values and it encourages active learning for all in order to improve practice, develop colleagues’ and clients’ outlooks, broaden skills and encourage clients to listen to their core values.
Skills
Developing People I have considerable experience in supporting and encouraging peoples’ learning and a passion for doing so. As a coach facilitator, and experienced leader of people, I demonstrate an awareness of future individual and organisational development needs. I have managed large teams, led on organisational Workforce Development and Work Based Learning strategies and change, coached individuals and teams, and facilitated peer and action learning.

Change & Communication Galvanising peoples’ purpose is at the centre of change leadership. I have a proven ability to develop and facilitate strong and effective working relationships in a busy, collaborative environment with partners, colleagues, customers and schools at a senior level.

Project Leadership I thrive in enthusing people to develop ideas and deliver them. I have extensive experience in planning and managing projects from concept and strategy through to successful implementation and evaluation. I am instrumental in delivering high quality projects and events on time and with meticulous and creative budgeting. I also have a track record in attracting funds to make large projects happen.

Research & Evaluation Evidence-based learning, research and evaluation are key to my professional practice. I have experience in context-based qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research resulting in cultural and systemic change.
